To ensure our continuous care, we have introduced eHealth, as a value-added service to help patients who are unable to visit our hospitals due to certain reasons. eHealth is an easy to use, private and secure online platform that connects you to your preferred top specialist from the comfort of home. Available via eHealth Chat and eHealth Consult, both services give you an alternative channel in addition to walk-in appointments, to consult your doctor of choice.

eHealthConsult is an online platform that gives users the option to connect with the doctors of your choice via video consultation.
Available follow-up patients with around 30-minute video consultation time.
Diagnosis and medications prescriptions are available.
Requires consultation fees.
Users would also be able to view doctors’ profiles and availability for appointments on eHealth.

Gleneagles eHealthConsult is an easy-to-use and hassle-free secured online web portal that allows you to consult specialist of your choice from the comfort of your home.
You can learn about treatment options quickly with real-time consultations.
For patients who can't leave their home due to certain reasons or do not have the time to take a day-off from work, Gleneagles eHealthConsult will be the right option for them.
It is also convenient for patients who lives further from the hospital and it save them time of travelling.
Prescriptions can also be delivered to their home or pickup at the hospital drive-thru where available.

It is still important for you to meet the doctor in person. This allows the doctor to proceed with the medical assessment which includes visual and physical examinations and initiate the treatment recommendations.
Gleneagles eHealthConsult is an added value service specifically for patients who are unable to travel to the hospital. It serves as an alternative appointment option for patients to meet their doctors and receive continuous care.

For any physical examination, advice from your doctor of choice must be followed and any medical scanning must be done at the hospital.

The consultation hours differ from doctor to doctor and generally the earliest appointment is at 8.30am to 5.30pm, except Public Holidays and rest days where the clinic is closed.
However, the service for patients to make an appointment is available 24 hours.

You can log on to our web portal at https://gleneaglesjohor.ehealth.com.my/ and choose a preferred language to get started on your account creation.
Select your preferred Specialist, date and time, then click ‘Proceed To Next Step’.
Do remember to read and agree to the Terms and Conditions before proceeding to the next step.
Create your eHealth account by entering your mobile number. Click ‘Next’ and ‘OK’ to receive an SMS verification code and key-in that code.
Proceed by filing in Patient Details and click ‘Pay Now’ with options of Online Banking, Credit/Debit Card and eWallet.
Your appointment is confirmed upon receipt of payment and the status will be updated in your Gleneagles eHealthConsult account.
An SMS will be sent once the appointment is made and an SMS reminder will be sent close to your appointment date.
On appointment day, logon to the website and click ‘enter video room’ for your doctor’s consultation.
